A private, not-for-profit community, Covenant Place’s unique financial arrangements protect your financial resources, while assuring you the enriched lifestyle you deserve at prices you can afford. Covenant Place does not require an expensive entrance or endowment fee like many other senior living communities that you may have heard about. You keep your assets invested with your best interests in mind and available when you wish to use them. A security deposit (equal to one month’s service fee on the residence selected) and a monthly service fee are all that are required. The monthly service fee entitles you to a comfortable, fully equipped apartment-home with extraordinary amenities and services.



You can choose from a variety of interesting arranged activities. You can participate in as many, or as few, as you wish, or choose to relax in the library or by the fireplace with a good book. You can watch your favorite TV show in the privacy of your apartment. For those of you who like to express your creativity, we have a creative arts center. Test your green thumb in the gardens.
